Condoleezza Rice was nothing short of amazing tonight. Her speech was pivotal to the Republican National Convention.  The Romney/Ryan ticket has been criticized on their lack of foreign policy experience. Who better to ease the mind of voters than  Condoleezza Rice—former National Security Advisor and former Secretary of State. Rice, is absolutely brilliant in regards to foreign policy in relation to Russia. I would have loved for her to touch more on that when she describe America being the Northern Light that other nations look to. Tonight,  Condoleezza also appealed to minority voters (something the GOP is weak in) with her illustration of her childhood during the Jim Crow era. She also campaigned for the education reform and spoke on how that is the our modern day Civil Rights issue.

She flowed. She sparkled. She was captivating.

#Rice2016?

According to her no. But tonight it did feel like she was making her debut back into the political scene—and I’m sure that the Republican Party will be ready to welcome her back with open arms.
